Appraisal fees for on-site time including inspections, consultations and meetings are $200 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Research, documentation and other administrative time is charged at $125 per hour. There is an average of 2 hours of research and documentation time for every hour of inspection time. Total appraisal fees start at $650 and go up from there depending on number of hours involved.
Signed contract and deposit required at the time of inspection. The balance is due and payable upon receipt of the appraisal.
Expert Witness services including deposition, arbitration and court appearances are charged at $300 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum. Designations may be made only with a signed contract and designation fee.
